1. The first author must be the presenting author and should be registered for the EGE2016 Congress.
  2. Each registered author can submit ONE paper as presenting/first author . If a delegate wants to submit one or more additional papers under the same registration, this is possible only if he/she is the single author. In this case, an additional fee of 40 € per single-author paper will be charged. If you are interested in this option please contact the Organizing Committee for details.
  3. Do not use non-standard abbreviations in the title.
  4. Accepted papers will be published in electronic form. The paper should be written in a way that Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion are clearly described. However, the use of these headings in the abstract text is NOT mandatory.
  5. Papers must be submitted electronically; papers submitted by fax or email will not be accepted.
  6. Paper should be submitted in Microsoft Word format. The file should be named as “Name.Surname.doc”, corresponding to the presenting Author (as in Alexis.Chatzipetros_1.doc). The number corresponds to the number of submitted papers by the same first author.
  7. When submitting your paper, choose the most relevant topic. However, the Committees reserve the right to decide on a final topic assignment upon paper selection.
  8. No papers will be accepted that include presenting authors who have not been registered to attend the EGE2016 Congress.
  9. The full paper written in English can not be longer than ten pages for both oral and poster presentation.
